Hi, my name is Melanie. We at Truely Plant Based help caregivers combat pre-hypertension or recently diagnosed hypertension and maintain optimal health while caring for loved ones using an elevated whole food plant based approach.

Our coaching program educates, supports and provides the skills and tools needed to  achieve health goals, and provide strategies to overcome  limiting beliefs that may stall progress. Studies have revealed a slew of evidence that whole food plant based diets are a safe and effective way to manage hypertension and reverse pre-hypertension.
