What is a Certified Health Coach? Health coaches are fast becoming a critical link in the healthcare chain. They fill a gap that helps improve overall health and wellness and prevent illness. Certified health coaches work with individuals and groups in areas of weight management, lifestyle, and preventative health. Certified health coaches empower, educate, motivate, and provide the skills clients need to achieve their health and wellness goals. They walk alongside clients helping them build confidence and belief in their abilities, guiding and supporting them every step of the way.

As a certified plant based health coach, I provide a range of services to help female caregivers who want to prevent/combat chronic health issues due to lifestyle choices. I specialize in using an elevated whole food plant based approach to achieving optimal physical and mental wellness. Services include our signature plant based program, a variety of customizable workshops, cooking demonstrations, wellness luncheons, and lectures that are appropriate for businesses, community groups and more!

Beet Hypertension - No M.E.D.S.

Caregiving can often be extremely physically and mentally demanding and can often lead to burnout and other health problems. Do have pre-hypertension or have been recently diagnosed with hypertension? Do you need help and support to improve or maintain your health goals while caregiving. 

In our signature program, Beet Hypertension – No M.E.D.S., we take an elevated approach to combating hypertension. Our program consist of five phases: “Creating Your Vision” and Planting New Seeds” – Doing the work of self development and overcoming limiting beliefs that have stalled your progress in the past, the “Fundamentals” of whole food plant based eating, “Nutrition and Lifestyle Science” –  education on nutrition and lifestyle science, “Practical Application” – how to incorporate a whole plant based diet into everyday life and lastly, “Staying on the Journey” – how to maintain and sustain your new healthy lifestyle for a lifetime.

We provide you with support, education and guidance every step of the way. Coaching sessions designed to help you combat hypertension, to achieve personal health and wellness goals, engage in the activities that are required as a caregiver, and enjoy the quality of life you desire. While working with us you will be provided with science based trusted information, strategies, guidance, helpful resources, support, encouragement, and the skills and tools you will need on your journey to optimal health. Virtual Cooking Classes

Learn how to prepare delicious plant based meals from the comfort of your home.
