Welcome to the Truely Plant Based Walking Challenge 2023! We had so much fun and success last year we had to do it again. The only requirement is the desire to be healthier and create new lifestyle habits.
During the next 30 days October 8 – November 6, 2023 we will be walking, running or engaging in the exercise of choice (the best form of exercise is the one “you will do.”} for at least 30 minutes a day. If you are beginner or have been sedentary for a while, start slow maybe 10-15 minutes and build your way up. There are lot great sitting exercise programs available out there now as well.
This year we will be adding a twist to the challenge. So check the Facebook group each Sunday to find out the new weekly addition.
Feel free to share your wins in the group. Let’s encourage one another. Please be mindful to respect all members in the group.
