Eating whole food plant based is easier than you think. You don’t have make social media worthy recipes every day. Just eat what you like, what you have to taste for. I love eating plant based. It’s delicious. No calorie counting. Carbs are your friend not the enemy and there are so many varieties of food to eat. Just tried amaranth for the first time. It’s an ancient grain. It was really good. Play with and try different foods. It’s fun and your body will thank you.
