Hi, my name is Melanie and I help female caregivers combat prehypertension and maintain optimal health while caring for loved ones using an elevated whole food plant based approach.
We help our clients using an elevated version of a vegan diet. Our coaching program educates and helps our clients become more conscious about health as well as overcome many of the limiting beliefs that have been stalling their progress in achieving their health goals. Studies have revealed a slew of evidence that plant based diets are a safe and efffective way to manage hypertension and reverse prehypertension. Our program offers education, support and wellness solutions for those seeking a personalized guide to optimal health.
